Shipping - USA

All orders ship FedEx Ground or common carrier unless requested otherwise. FOB: Bolivar, Ohio. Let us know if you prefer a carrier or have a UPS/FedEx account number to use.

Every order gets a shipping estimate at checkout based on a percentage of your order total. Actual rates are set by weight, dimensions, and destination, and won't exceed 20% of the total product available to ship.

A 20% shipping cap applies to U.S. orders over $250.00, unless freight is required for oversized items. In that case, actual freight rates apply. Shipping questions: shipping@ragonhouse.com.

Freight

Larger or oversized items (marked with a * in the item name) ship by common carrier. Freight shipments aren't released until the ship value passes $1,000 or you authorize the shipment, so freight rates stay reasonable.

Tell us at the time of order if you need a lift gate, residential, or inside delivery, or a delivery appointment. If we aren't told, any extra carrier charges are billed to your card. A limited access fee (up to $110) and lift gate fee (up to $100) may apply when no dock is available.

Backorder freight items under $200 are subject to automatic cancellation.

International

We ship outside the US, but you'll need a freight forwarder inside the US or arrange carrier pickup at our warehouse. We don't have negotiated international rates. International customers cover all taxes, duties, and customs fees and assume full risk for orders shipped outside the 50 US states.

Claims

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled ship date. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. USPS claims go directly to USPS. For freight, document damages or shortages on the Bill of Lading before accepting delivery, and photograph any pallet that looks tampered with.

Returns

All returns must be in original packaging. No returns without prior authorization. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of claim. A 20% restocking fee applies to refused or returned orders.
