    Warehouse Associate – Full Time

    Bolivar, OH · In person · Full-time

    Job Summary

    Ragon House is a family-owned wholesale company specializing in antique reproductions and classic home & holiday décor. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing things the right way.

    We value reliability, teamwork, respect, and quality work. Many of our employees stay with us long term because we work hard to maintain a positive, stable environment.

    Our team works together to support busy seasons, warehouse sales, and special events, so reliability and a positive attitude are important.

    This position is a great fit for someone who:

    Responsibilities

    • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Prepare shipments carefully to ensure safe delivery
    • Load and unload deliveries
    • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
    • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
    • Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

    Requirements

    • Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs regularly
    • Ability to stand/walk throughout the shift
    • Strong attendance and reliability
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Team-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality

    Schedule

    • Full-time
    • Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Additional hours and weekend availability required during warehouse sales and peak seasons
    • Overtime opportunities available throughout the year
    • Occasional light travel opportunities may be available
