Please fill out this form and submit for claim processing. A picture of the damaged item must be submitted for consideration.

No action will be taken if not reported within the 14 day period.
To evaluate product quality and packaging, you may be required to return damaged and/or defective items.
Items sold as a set will be credited back based on a percentage breakdown.
Returns require prior authorization.
Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process upon receipt of returned merchandise.
We will issue a CALL TAG to return damaged product.
