Damage and Missing Claims

Please fill out this form for damaged or missing items and submit for claim processing. A picture of each damaged item must be submitted for consideration. No picture is needed for missing items.

14-day window Report damaged or missing items within 14 days of receipt
Photo required Upload a picture of each damaged item. Not needed for missing items
Save packaging Keep the original box and tracking labels

No action will be taken if not reported within the 14 day period.
To evaluate product quality and packaging, you may be required to return damaged and/or defective items.
Items sold as a set will be credited back based on a percentage breakdown.
Returns require prior authorization.
Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process upon receipt of returned merchandise.
We will issue a CALL TAG to return damaged product.
